Refund Policy

All animals must be payed in full before shipping. We reserve the right to refuse sale of any animal not paid in full with shipping. Due to the risk of transmitting illness, mites, infections, etc, no returns will be permitted. All sales are final. We reserve the right to refuse sale to any individual or entity, for any reason.


Orders can be disputed within 24 hours after delivery, during this time holds the full payment amount of the order. If an order is disputed within the 24 hour time period, will contact both parties, buyer and seller, to determine an outcome within 7 business days. The decision of the dispute made by is final. If we approve the dispute, the buyer will be refunded the order in full; the seller agrees to cover the full amount, including shipping and taxes. If we deny the dispute, the buyer will not receive a refund and the funds will be released to the seller. By using this service, both as buyer and seller, you agree to this policy.
